Patrick Murphy and Jack Murtha: M&M Brothers Must Go

National Review Online lands a direct hit on Pennsylvania’s M&M brothers, Democrat congressmen Jack “My Consituents Are Racist Rednecks” Murtha and Patrick “What Do I Say Now Mama Nancy” Murphy.

Congressmen John Murtha (Pa.-12) and Patrick Murphy (Pa.-8) — Pennsylvania’s antiwar “M&M brothers” — both face tough races against fellow military veterans, and both are taking their stubborn statements and outdated war-policy positions to voters. The question is: Will voters see the real Murtha and Murphy before they cast their ballots?

Reward For LA Times Obama PLO Party Tape Hits $150,000

In an email to Dirty Harry’s Place, the CIO of investment firm Dune Capital has pledged $150,000 for a digital or source copy of the tape showing Barack Obama partying with former Palestine Liberation Organization spokesman Rashid Khalidi and other enemies of Israel as well as toasting the former PLO mouthpiece according to the site.

It is further alleged that domestic terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn were in attendance at the event, possibly seated as bookends to Obama and his angry wife Michelle.

Aston Grimaldi II says he is making the offer “as an avid supporter of free speech and a non-biased media.” The call to action follows a $25,000 pledge from Ace of Spades HQ and another $25,000 pledge that Dirty Harry says he is working to verify.

The fourth and most recent excuse from the The Los Angeles Times regarding why they will not release this tape is a promise they made to their source to that effect.

[Grimaldi writes], “It is my opinion that this was a non-restricted banquet and does not fall under several protective source policies used by national media outlets.

In return for the digital or source copy of this material, I will personally and contractually guarantee a reward of a minimum of $150,000.00 USD, payable to the individual or company that submits the aforementioned material.

This offer includes expiration and exclusivity requirements that are currently be[ing] drafted by our attorneys.”

Judge: Vagrant Voters In Ohio Can Use Park Benches As Addresses

A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that bums, hobos and vagrants (“homeless” if you’re nasty) can use park benches, police stations, office building doorways and other non-address addresses when voting in the state.  That should go well.

U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can’t be invalidated because of poll worker errors.

Monday’s ruling resolved the final two pieces of a settlement between the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless and Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner.

The coalition agreed to drop a constitutional challenge to Ohio’s voter identification law until after the Nov. 4 election. In return, Brunner and the coalition agreed on procedures to verify provisional ballots across all Ohio counties.

Anyone up for organizing a bus trip from Pennsylvania to the first park bench over the border in Ohio?  Mickey M. Ouse with an address of Bench #639 would hate to be disenfranchised.

Bucks County Courier Times: News And A Little Morning Softcore

Grab your morning coffee and a nice, sticky bear claw and head to the computer to check the morning news from Calkins Media’s Bucks County Courier Times Online.  “Your Internet Starts Here,” don’t you know?

Advertising dollars must be harder to come by than I thought.  On the bright side for the BCCT, the red dots totally obscure anything untoward and are not suggestive of anything else in either shape or color.

McCain / Palin Quakertown Rally Canceled Due To Weather

The Bucks County Courier Times is reporting that today’s unexpected nor’easter has forced a cancellation of the Quakertown McCain / Palin rally.  10,000 supporters had been expected to attend.

As of this morning, there were no plans to reschedule the event, a campaign spokesman said.

The Republican presidential and vice presidential candidates were expected to draw as much as 10,000 people to the event. It was to be the last time the two appear together for a rally before Election Day.

The AP confirms the cancellation.

Obama Declares November 4 “Act Like You’re On Welfare Day”

In a web video at a special page on his official propaganda site, Barack Obama has declared Election Day a national day of “Trickle Up” economics on which supporters should remove themselves from the outdated Capitalist shackles of their jobs and devote themselves to the common societal good of working for Dear Leader for free.

Call it a trial run for “spreading the wealth around” and “redistributive change.”  You have an excuse to do nothing all day, small business suffers, and the ultimate outcome is more power for Barack Obama.

Tell me again how this race is over.

Philadelphia’s CBS3 Caves To Obama Blacklist Threat

It’s always sunny in Philadelphia, or at least it is for the Obama / Biden campaign. Unlike Orlando Florida’s WFTV, which responded with a bird flipping when “banned” by the Obama campaign for asking Joe Biden some tough questions about ACORN and tax policy, CBS3 responded to the Obama campaign’s threats by grabbing their ankles and begging for forgiveness.

Joey “Plugs” Biden appeared on CBS3’s 4PM newscast via satellite last Thursday, and was stunned to be asked questions about Obama’s socialist tax policies and some alleged shady money moves of his own by CBS3’s Angela Russell and Chris May.

Poor Slow Joe: He was expecting to talk about the Phillies.  It must be nice to be a Democrat Vice Presidential candidate.  You get to go into interviews with the expectation of a little sports chat, not that you’ll be browbeaten like a Republican would.

Philly.com’s Marnie Hall reports that the Obama campaign immediately threatened to ban the station from future coverage of the candidates, and CBS3 dutifully threw the interview down the memory hole.  The newscast containing the interview was not available on their web site as it would normally be.

Video report below.
