Barack Obama finally got around to issuing a statement regarding the Islamic terrorist attack on a Little Rock, Arkansas military recruiting center that left one soldier dead and one wounded. Three days after the fact.
And, in contrast to the “shock and outrage” Obama felt at the “heinous act of violence” when an anti-government activist shot and killed abortionist George Tiller, the murder of Private William Long and shooting of Private Quinton Ezeagwula leaves our “President” able to express himself only in vague passive generalities. He is “deeply saddened.”
I am deeply saddened by this senseless act of violence against two brave young soldiers who were doing their part to strengthen our armed forces and keep our country safe. I would like to wish Quinton Ezeagwula a speedy recovery, and to offer my condolences and prayers to William Long’s family as they mourn the loss of their son.
His response to the Tiller murder took mere hours.
The murder of Long and wounding of Ezeagwula, carried out for “political and religious reasons” according to police by an American jihadist trained in Yemen, was the first successful act of Islamic terrorism on US soil since the attacks of 9/11/2001.
Obama is currently overseas describing the US as a “muslim country” and preparing to apologize for us to everyone he meets.
