Now Obama’s tax plan to swipe money from people who pay taxes and dole it out to people who don’t in order to “spread the wealth around” is not just a socialist agenda; it’s a music video.

In a January 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Barack Obama vows to cause skyrocketing electricity costs to please his enviro-lunatic benefactors and institute the economy destroying cap and trade system.
You know, when I was asked earlier about the issue of coal, uh, you know — Under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Even regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad. Because I’m capping greenhouse gases, coal power plants, you know, natural gas, you name it — whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, uh, they would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that money on to consumers.

The Investor’s Business Daily Poll, conducted by TIPP, shows a dramatic shift in support toward John McCain in the final days of the 2008 Presidential Election.
TIPP, TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy & Politics, was the most accurate pollster in predicting the results of the 2004 Presidential election.
According to IBD, the shift is attributable to Barack Obama losing Independent voters whose support had been soft and McCain shoring up his lead among Catholics and Protestants and taking a lead among male voters. Obama leads among Jewish voters by a wide margin, as well as “Other” (wonder what that could mean).
Almost 9% of voters remain undecided. During the primaries, almost all undecided voters chose Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama.
In raw numbers, the three day rolling average shows Obama with 46.7% and McCain with 44.6%.
UPDATE: Sarah is on it.
Shocking new audio of a January 2008 San Francisco Chronicle interview with Presidential candidate Barack Obama has surfaced in which Obama promises to intentionally bankrupt the coal industry.
What is it about San Francisco that forces Obama to let loose with his actual opinions? Remember, San Francisco is also where he assailed our region as being mostly bitter gun and bible clingers with antipathy toward those who are not like us. Is there some kind of truth serum in San Francisco water and, if so, why is Nancy Pelosi immune?
Newsbusters provides the transcript to the audio clip, which was located by Naked Emperor News. Naked Emperor News has been doing the work the corrupt media has refused to do.
La-la-la-la-la-la-la-let (ed. ok – that was added by me) me sort of describe my overall policy.
What I’ve said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else’s out there.I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.
So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.
That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel and other alternative energy approaches.
The only thing I’ve said with respect to coal, I haven’t been some coal booster. What I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a (sic) ideological matter as opposed to saying if technology allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it.

Sometimes, the truth breaks out when you least expect it. An Obama campaign office in Nevada.

This must be far Northeast Philadelphia. Note the Manion signs in the window. Manion’s future Congressional district only includes a tiny sliver of Philadelphia.
Eagle-eyed Alex from PA Watercooler found this little gem: Representatives of Obama’s vote fraud and bank intimidation group ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) protesting outside a Philadelphia McCain office.
Remember, Obama told ACORN that they’d be helping to shape his agenda before he was even sworn in.
Video of the folks we may be days away from granting power to in this nation below. Personally, my guess is a mountain of cheeseburgers has a lot more to fear from this overstuffed loudmouth than John McCain does.
Obama’s been lying again.
He loves to say he’ll give a tax cut to anyone making under $250,000 a year. Then that became $200,000 a year. Joe Biden called it at $150,000 a year. And Bill Richardson said Obama will give tax cuts focused on people making under $120,000 a year.
But in a debate with Hillary Clinton just over a year ago, Obama fixed the definition of “upper class” (i.e. above middle class) at $97,000 a year and pilloried Hillary for wanting to protect the wages of people making that amount. You’ve got to spread their wealth around, too.
Maybe that’s the change we’re supposed to believe in?

Leftists went all giddy this week when former Bush 41 Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger appeared to say that Governor Sarah Palin would not be ready to become President on day one if elected to the Vice Presidency.
Yesterday, Eagleburger apologized for and clarified his remarks. The gist of the apology: Palin would not be a foreign policy expert on day one, but she has tons of executive and domestic policy experience and the alternative is electing Obama who has done absolutely nothing of note and is unqualified at any level.
Apology accepted.
Side note, would anyone have cared what Eagleburger thought of Obama had his initial comments not been about Palin? Net win. His Palin comments amplified his harsh Obama comments.

The Republican Party of Pennsylvania has released a new ad slamming Barack Obama for sitting in a church 20 years worshiping at the foot of the anti-American racist pastor Jeremiah Wright.
