I’m pretty sure that, by the time you reach the age of 4, you know what a toilet does and what a toilet is for. At least that’s the way it is in America, where we’re accustomed to the wonders of indoor plumbing. They can’t really be that far behind over there, can they?
That’s why I’m not buying the “hey, the puppy was dirty” excuse offered by Alison Blair, the mother of the 4-year-old who flushed a one-week old puppy down the toilet, in the video below.

Fast Eddie Wants To Raise Pennsylvania Income Tax 16%
Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell has announced his plan to cover the deficit for the 2009-2010 budget and, true to form, his plan is to raise the Income Tax imposed by Commonwealth by 16% for three years.
An analysis by the Commonwealth Foundation estimates that, besides the pain of an additional tax burden on families already struggling to get by, the tax hike could also cost the state an additional 24,000 jobs.
