Global Warming Is A Hoax

Even as the new administration gears up to ram economically damaging environmental legislation through Congress and into law, data shows that global warming has ended and that the earth has cooled dramatically over the past two years.

A recently released map of temperature trends compiled by the NOAA shows that many areas are at or below their normal temperatures, with some areas of the mid-west having recorded the record coldest climate for the period between November 2007 and October 2008.

Manion To Receive High Military Honors

First Lieutenant Travis Manion will receive the Silver Star, the military’s third highest award, posthumously at a public event on the courthouse lawn in Doylestown on December 5.

The Silver Star and Bronze Star with Valor will be presented to 1st Lt Manion’s parents, Colonel Tom Manion and Janet Manion, by Lieutenant General John Allen of the US Marine Corps.

Obama Lied About Small Donor Impact

An independent analysis of contributions to Barack Obama’s Presdential campaign shows that, despite his claims, the percentage of donors giving $200 or less was about in line with past Presidential campaigns including that of President Bush in 2004.

The study was conducted by the non-partisan Campaign Finance Institute. All told, about one quarter of Obama’s donations were from people who donated less $200 or less.

Pittsburgh Councilwoman On Anti-Gun Law: ‘Who Cares If It’s Unconstitutional?’

After the Pittsburgh City Council passed one of those bizarre “must report your lost-or-stolen-gun” laws by a lopsided 6-1 vote, Councilwoman Tonya Payne took to the microphones to remind those of us who respect the founding documents of our state and federal governments exactly what we’re up against.

“Who really cares about it being unconstitutional?” said Councilwoman Tonya Payne, a supporter. “This is what’s right to do, and if this means that we have to go out and have a court battle, then that’s fine … We have plenty of dead bodies coming up in our streets every single day, and that is unacceptable.”
