As the United States government detains a filmmaker for exercising his First Amendment right to create political and religious commentary, al Qaeda has come out and made clear that the September 11, 2012 attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya had nothing to do with his controversial film.
Al Qaeda says the attack, which killed 4 Americans, was revenge for the June 2012 drone strike that killed their number two guy, Sheikh Abu Yahya al-Libi.
Despite all evidence to the contrary, the failed Obama administration has insisted that the attack was related to the controversial film. Even the head of Libya’s national assembly says the attack was “planned and meticulously executed,” not a spontaneous protest about a film that went out of control.
Sorry. Even the third-world animals in Libya don’t bring rocket propelled grenades to a protest about a movie.
“The killing of Sheikh Abu Yahya only increased the enthusiasm and determination of the sons of (Libyan independence hero) Omar al-Mokhtar to take revenge upon those who attack our Prophet,” said al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula said in a statement, quoted by the US-based monitoring group.
How long will the media allow the Obama administration to blatantly lie to the American people about the nature of this attack?
