How’s That Arab Spring Going? US Embassy Stormed, Staff Apologizes To Thugs For Free Speech

As Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood types in Egypt stormed the American embassy there proclaiming that there is no God and tore down the American flag , the embassy released a statement condemning those who would “hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.”

[Record scratching sound effect] What? Condemning who?

Someone somewhere released a movie that depicts Mohammad having sex. Word of this movie’s existence is enough to make these people lose their ever-loving minds.

On one hand, there’s freedom of expression. On the other, Muslims with their panties in a twist. One guess on which one out superb foreign policy expert President decided to back.

The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions. Today, the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve our nation as the fitting response to the enemies of democracy. Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy. We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others.

  1. Righton says:

I am neither surprised by the attacks, not surprised at the president’s response. I have long held the belief (maybe it was just a “feeling”) that the Arab Spring was a plan to destablize Egypt and Libya and get us out, eventually. These attacks and murders reflect the goal of the crazies, their hatred for us. . .and I also believe the date chosen, 9-11, for the horrific attacks was no coincidence. The so-called insult of the anti-Inslamic movie was just an opportunity to attack the U.S. They talk about Romney’s lack of foreign policy experience. Pres. Obama’s lack of foreign policy experience is a major detriment.
